Your first visit will involve a discussion where Dr Leo will explain your diagnosis and the options for treatment. Occasionally, surgery can be done on the same day as your consultation. However, if your medical history or treatment plan is complex, we may need to assess and schedule a second appointment for treatment on a different day.

To help us better assist you during your consultation, please bring the following information:

• A list of medications you are presently taking
• Medicare card
• Private health insurance card
• Your referral form (if applicable)
• Any relevant recent x-rays (if applicable)

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
